This program will password protect any site directory or sub-directory you specify, plus add users to it. It will generate the .htaccess file required by Unix servers and place it in that directory. Obviously, for your own access, you will need to add your name and password. This will create your .htpasswd and members.db files for accessing your new pass-protected directory. Important: It is strongly recommend you first pass-protect this directory before proceeding to another! Or, at least for your own security, delete this script after you are done and reupload it when needed.

Outside :		Is your cgi-bin outside or inside your main public-html(htdocs) root directory? (see examples below)

No :		If outside, are you wanting to protect a directory within your cgi-bin?
Yes :

Outside example: /home/yoursite/cgi-bin/htdocs
Inside example:   /home/yoursite/public-html/cgi-bin

Note: It is assumed you DO NOT already have this directory pass-protected. If .htaccess or .htpasswd already exist within the directory you will specify, you should back them up and delete them from this directory. Otherwise, the program cannot complete the protection process.
